Videos will not Play
You may need the following software updates.
Video will Play but is jerky
Jerky or non-consistent playback is often due to the Internet service being used is not fast enough to play the video in real time. If this happens, pause the video for a while and allow it to load fully. You can see the loading progress of the video by looking at the play bar.
Please note that these videos are meant for high speed internet users and will not play well on a dial up connection.
